Varicent.com
scratch established a new online presence for Varicent Software Incorporated. By creating a new and dynamic user-friendly website, scratch successfully increased qualified user traffic. Downloads more than doubled, thanks to the new user-friendly download system for resources, such as white papers and case studies. Improvements to the SEO strategy moved Varicent’s Google organics search results up to 2nd place from 13th, in some search instances.  Users can now download interlinked thought leadership pieces, podcasts, and review video content.

  

Frigipedia.com
scratch developed what some call “the best training website in the industry” for Frigidaire US. This successful platform was designed to train both internal staff and external sales reps - within 6 months of its launch 3,000 site members had taken 32,000 courses! Now 2 years old, Frigipedia has well over 100 different courses and plays host to over 2,500 retail outlets and 4,700 members. Members access the site to receive up-to-date product information, create plan-to-sell’s and plan-o-grams , retrieve assets from online resources libraries and keep up-to-date with news and promotions. Sales people from stores like Best Buy can go online and create customized bundles for customers, showing them all the pieces and  pricing (including the ability to find out about and apply any eligible rebates and discounts). The bundle summary can then be printed out in-store to give to the customer or emailed.

 

Garden of Hope
In cooperation with Electrolux and Ovarian Cancer Canada, scratch developed a 6-week online contest in which users could send virtual flowers to friends and family with custom dedications.  Flowers were added to a virtual flash garden whereby users visiting the site could see the site grow and review dedications. Electrolux donated $1 for every flower sent. During this period, Electrolux donated $50,000 to Ovarian Cancer Canada.

 

 

Electrolux Major Appliance Rebate System
To facilitate faster and easier rebate entry, scratch developed an online rebate submission platform for Electrolux and Frigidaire. Data from all sites was collected in one central admin panel. The submission process was automated with administrative approvals, cheque approvals and automated user updates throughout the approval process. The result was improved user experience and a faster rebate redemption process that required less manpower for the Electrolux team.

 

 

 

Herbal Magic
scratch, in conjunction with TAXI created a 6 month online banner campaign to drive awareness and increase traffic to a newly launched website.

 

 

 

 

 

Electrolux RMR reporting tool
An online reporting tool, created by scratch, to analyze in-store needs of retailers and Electrolux sales representatives. The system was designed to set objectives and ensure completion. Over 300,000 store visits were analyzed through system reports in order to asses retail needs and requirements moving forward to increase sales and store rep product knowledge.

 

 

 

 

WhiteWestingouse.com
scratch created an online Canadian presence for White Westinghouse Appliances. The site came with a complete Custom Content Management System for site administrators to update the site content and product database.

 

 

 

 

FrigidaireCanada.ca
This site was enabled with a custom content management system for Frigidaire products and incoming data. Users were able to read and submit product reviews, create comparisons, submit warranty information, retrieve and map retailer locations and register products. Online contest microsites were built off subdomains of Frigidairecanada.ca.  All microsites and registrant data were stored within the content management system for later use in email campaigns, informing users of product promotions and rebate programs.
